Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, performing diagnostic tests, and providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care instructions.
5. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
7. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of [State].
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing.
3. BLS and ACLS certifications.
