Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant (Allied)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communication, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritize correspondence, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
