Job Title: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to medical staff
- Assist with patient assessments and provide basic patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- CPR certification
