Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing life-saving care to patients in critical condition. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients in the intensive care unit.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Monitor and assess patient conditions in the critical care unit
2. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized care plans
4. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
5. Provide emotional support to patients and their families
6. Educate patients and families on their medical conditions and treatment plans
7. Respond quickly to medical emergencies
8. Ensure patients receive high-quality care at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license
2. At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
3. BLS and ACLS certification
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Ability to work well under pressure
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients
