Job Title: RN Registered Nurse Critical Access
Job Summary:
The RN Registered Nurse Critical Access will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical access facility in Springfield, CO. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in critical thinking and decision-making skills. The RN will be responsible for coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide patient care in a critical access facility
• Undertake patient assessments and make critical decisions based on assessments
• Develop care plans and implement them effectively
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs
• Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of CO
• At least one year of experience in critical access nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic health records
• Ability to work in a team environment
