Job Title: Registered Nurse Med-surg Adult
Job Summary:
Our healthcare facility in Tulsa, OK is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Med-surg Adult RN. The RN will be responsible for providing nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be compassionate, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
• Assess patient conditions, create and maintain care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• A valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• At least 1-year experience in med-surg adult nursing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
