Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and organization
