Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) NOC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the NOC shift. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the night hours, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient's condition throughout the night shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic bedside manner
