Job Description
"Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse
Berwick Health is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team at our Hilo, Hawaii location. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening medical conditions. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of ICU experience, a Hawaii state license, and BLS, ACLS, and NIH SS certifications.
In this role, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies to provide the best care to our patients. You will work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule: Day Shift, 3-12 hour shifts (36 hours) per week, and 2-12 hour call shifts per 4 week roster period. Floating to other units/departments may be required based on operational needs.
Requirements:
Active State of Hawaii RN license
Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIH SS certifications
Experience working with Meditech
Ability to float to other critical care and step-down units
2:1 Nurse to patient ratio
