Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Health Plans File Clerk - Data Entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining health plan documents, entering data accurately into the system, and ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Organize and maintain health plan documents in a systematic manner.

2. Enter data accurately into the system, including member information, claims, and other relevant data.

3. Ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.

4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data entry.

5. Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in data entry and file organization.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
