Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Nurse/Oncology Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in telemetry and oncology nursing. As a Telemetry Nurse/Oncology Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with cardiac and oncology-related conditions. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support to those in need.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry and oncology nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certification
