Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert dietary advice and guidance to our patients to help them improve their overall health and well-being. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in developing nutrition plans, conducting assessments, and educating individuals on healthy eating habits.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct nutritional assessments and create personalized meal plans for patients based on their individual needs and goals.
2. Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients to help them achieve their health and wellness objectives.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition research and trends to provide the most current and evidence-based recommendations.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
5. Conduct individual and group nutrition education sessions to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
6. Document and maintain accurate records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
2. Current registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
3. Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
