Job Title: Social Worker Clinical
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their emotional well-being and social functioning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
3. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients.
4. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
6. Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system.
7. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
2. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible for licensure.
3. Experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
7. Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.
