Job Title: Administrative Supervisor (Nursing Manager/Director)
Job Summary:
The Administrative Supervisor (Nursing Manager/Director) is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the nursing staff within a healthcare facility. They are tasked with coordinating and supervising administrative activities to ensure efficient and effective operations of nursing services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
3. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and collaboration.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
2. Current RN license in the state of practice.
3. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
8. Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
