Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) who specializes in Emergency Room nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting while traveling to different healthcare facilities across the United States.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patient care needs in the emergency room.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
3. Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
4. Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and updating medical records accordingly.
5. Educating patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment options.
6. Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
7. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice.
2. BLS and ACLS certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
4. Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently.
7. Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
