Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical RN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit while traveling to different healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess and monitor patient conditions.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized patient care plans.
4. Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventative care.
5. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
6. Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state(s) of practice.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
3. BLS and ACLS certification.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
