Job Title: Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse. The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse will be responsible for assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and IV sedation as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
