Job Title: Med-Surg Adult Registered Nurse (RN)

📌 Job Summary

The Med-Surg Adult RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs. This role focuses on patient assessment, treatment, recovery, and ensuring quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care for adult medical and surgical patients
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
• Assist in post-operative care and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS/ACLS Certification (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

• 1–3+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
