Mercyhealth Audiology Clinic – Audiologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join the Mercyhealth Audiology Clinic team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders while providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders.
Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Counsel patients and families on hearing health and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for integrated care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest audiology practices and technologies.

Requirements:

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology.
Valid state licensure and certification (e.g., CCC-A preferred).
Experience with diagnostic audiology equipment and hearing aid technology.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work in a clinical healthcare environment.
