📌 Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. The role focuses on patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting overall treatment plans.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance
Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist in wound care and dressing changes
Record patient health information and maintain accurate documentation
Observe and report changes in patient condition to RNs/physicians
Assist with medical procedures and examinations
Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times

🎓 Required Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing
Valid LPN license
CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–2+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
