Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure patient safety and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and vital signs, reporting changes to physicians
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation (EHR/EMR)
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State Board – USA)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient safety standards)
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certifications such as BLS / ACLS
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings
