Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide therapy, counseling, and case management services to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting. The LCSW will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure clients' needs are met
- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources and support services
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience providing therapy and counseling services in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
