Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Urgent Care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct patient assessments and administer treatments as necessary
2. Monitor patient vital signs and assist with medical procedures
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
4. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment options
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
6. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
7. Assist with triaging patients and determining the urgency of care needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
3. Prior experience in urgent care or emergency room setting preferred
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. BLS and ACLS certification required
7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
