Job Title: Manager of Regional Pharmacy (Pharmacist)

Job Summary:

The Manager of Regional Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations across multiple locations within a region. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient medication management while leading pharmacy teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple pharmacy locations within the region

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and pharmacy laws

• Manage medication inventory, procurement, and distribution processes

• Lead, mentor, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff

• Implement best practices for medication safety and quality assurance

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and patient service levels

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams

• Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting

• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pharmacy services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

• Active Pharmacist license

• 5–10 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership/management roles
