The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, from infants to elderly. This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions while promoting overall health and wellness.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and screenings
Provide preventive care and health education
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Monitor patient health and follow up on treatments
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.
Coordinate care with specialists when required
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

🎓 Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Valid medical license to practice
Board Certification in Family Medicine (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–5+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
Experience in primary care or family practice
