Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patient's health status
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

- Providing emotional support and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Adhering to healthcare regulations and standards of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC or acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
