Job Title: Perm RN Cath Lab
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) team on a permanent basis. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and IVs as needed
- Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
- Ensure equipment is properly sterilized and maintained
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and patient care focus
