Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Medical Technologist to join our team. The Medical Technologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accuracy in all testing procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Help develop and implement new testing procedures as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
