Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing a wide variety of acute and chronic wounds in patients of all ages. You will work closely with healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans that promote healing and prevent infection. Your expertise in wound care will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and evaluating wound conditions
2. Cleaning and dressing wounds
3. Monitoring wound healing progress
4. Educating patients and caregivers on proper wound care techniques
5. Implementing evidence-based practice guidelines for wound management

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current RN license in the state of practice
2. Certification in Wound Care preferred
3. Bachelor's degree in Nursing

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in electronic health records
