Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing reimbursement claims, verifying insurance information, and communicating with patients and insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify insurance information and eligibility for reimbursement
- Communicate with patients and insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of reimbursement claims and related documentation
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely payment
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline reimbursement processes
- Stay up-to-date on insurance policies and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reimbursement software
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
