We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

The ER RN will assess, triage, and treat patients experiencing acute illness or trauma while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid patient assessment and triage in emergency situations
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
Monitor patient condition and document care accurately
Assist physicians with emergency procedures and trauma care
Operate emergency medical equipment (ventilators, monitors, defibrillators)
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Respond effectively to code situations and critical incidents

🔹 Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
ER / Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
BLS, ACLS (PALS/TNCC preferred)
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
