Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and coordination of patient care within a healthcare setting. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical guidelines and protocols.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Coordinate and manage patient care plans and treatments.
2. Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
3. Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
6. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
7. Knowledge of medical terminology and protocols.
8. CPR certification.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
