Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care to provide quality and efficient patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and a passion for helping others in their time of need.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing patients' health status and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
4. Monitoring and evaluating patients' responses to treatments and medications.
5. Educating patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
6. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
7. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
